About Carrie

Carrie is a Certified Senior Advisor®, Senior Living Specialist, and Elder Care Strategist dedicated to helping seniors and their families navigate every stage of aging with confidence and compassion. Her passion for serving older adults began early while working in senior living communities throughout high school and college, giving her firsthand insight into the unique emotional and practical challenges seniors face.



Over the past 15 years, Carrie has also experienced the realities of caregiving within her own family as she watched her mother advocate for both her grandmother and father through complex elder care decisions. Those deeply personal experiences strengthened her commitment to becoming a trusted resource for families facing difficult transitions, long-term care planning, and senior living decisions.


Today, Carrie provides thoughtful guidance and personalized support for seniors who wish to age in place, downsize, or transition into a senior living community. As a knowledgeable Senior Living Specialist and compassionate Elder Care Strategist, she helps families understand their options while offering advocacy, education, and peace of mind during uncertain times. Carrie approaches every client relationship with care, respect, and the same level of dedication she would give to her own family.

My husband and I appreciated all the help support that Carrie Kusturin gave us in finding a nice nursing facility for my cousin Richard. Richard is 94 yrs old and incapacitated from two strokes. Carrie also helped us find the right nursing facility for Richards wife Norma who needed assisted living and where they both could be together. They have been married for 69 years.
